How much does it cost?

Anniversaries are a separate registry, priced annually per company. You can try it card-free and get it on its own, even if you don't use any other registry on the platform.

It's available to the company's Owners and Administrators. They add collaborators and configure reminders.

Is the birth year shown?

No. Only the day and month appear in the table, in exports and in emails. The full year — and the age reached — is visible only on the collaborator's detail page.

Can I import from Excel?

Yes. Import your list of collaborators from .xlsx or .csv in one move, with automatic validation on every row and duplicate detection.

How do I get reminded?

Two ways, at the same time: by email and directly in the app — a bell in the header for upcoming anniversaries and a dedicated card on the main dashboard.

What can I configure for reminders?

You choose how many days in advance you're reminded (default 3 days plus the day itself) and who gets the reminder email.

How do I actually send the greeting?

Each collaborator's page has a predefined birthday message with a quick-copy button — you send it manually on WhatsApp, Slack or email, without having to think about what to write.

What happens when a colleague leaves?

You can deactivate them anytime without losing the history. They no longer appear in reminders, but the data stays if you need it later.
