What renewal dates can I track?

Roadworthiness inspection, motor insurance, road tax, comprehensive insurance, service and any other date you add for a vehicle. Each has its own expiry date and its own alert.

How far in advance do I get the alert?

You choose — by default you are alerted 30 and 7 days ahead, plus on the expiry day itself. The alert arrives by email and also appears in the app.

Can I keep the vehicle's documents in the app?

Yes. The vehicle registration document, the insurance policy, the service invoice — attached directly to the vehicle. You find them when you need them, not in the glove compartment.

How many vehicles can I add?

As many as you want. The price is per registry and per company, not per vehicle and not per user.

Yes. You add mileage readings over time and see the history for every vehicle — useful for planning services and for expense claims.

Do I also need the inbound & outbound registry?

No. The fleet registry is separate: you can get it on its own, even if you do not use any other registry on the platform.

Who can see the fleet registry?

The colleagues you give access to. Since it's separate, you can have people who work only in the fleet registry, without seeing the company's correspondence.

What happens if the subscription expires?

Your data stays visible and exportable. Only adding new vehicles and alerts stop. Nothing is deleted.
